Yes. The “Startup” and “Professional” memberships require a monthly subscription fee payable by credit card. While the “Hobby” membership does not require a monthly fee, the credit card helps to register the user’s account and provides a backup for additional expenses. However, rScan will never charge your credit card without your knowledge and without informing you of the reason for the charge ahead of time.
rScan charges a percentage of your total sales and your selected plan's monthly fee at the end of the month. We will bill the amount directly to your credit card.
You are free to cancel your rScan account at any time. If you choose to cancel, you will only be charged for that month’s membership fee (for Professional and Enterprise level customers) and the sales completed during the rest of your membership month.

We charge your payment method on file at the end of the calendar month. The charges depend on your plan and number of sales.
